Our archive and storage areas adhere to the highest industry standards and are secured against fires, water and break-ins. According to your requirement, storage is available in DMS-Archive boxes, Stand alone-containers or shelf space. Data protection is one of our key competences. Our employees are well trained by our security administrator.

Needles to say, your files are protected in our warehouse from unauthorized access and in our archives they are stored safely against fire, water and burglary.
To ensure that neither structure nor documents are lost during storage, your archive is numbered and recorded in advance by our experienced staff and stored in accordance with the system after transport, so that each element is returned to its intended place.
It goes without saying that all our employees receive ongoing training on data protection from our data protection supervisor and are made aware of how to handle sensitive data material.
Upon request, we will also gladly organize the disposal and destruction of your files in accordance with the legally applicable data protection regulations.
