Depending on the requirements and the customer's wishes, storage can be in archive boxes, storage containers or shelving systems. Needles to say, your files are protected in our warehouse from unauthorized access and in our archives they are stored safely against fire, water and burglary.
To ensure that neither structure nor documents are lost during storage, your archive is numbered and recorded in advance by our experienced staff and stored in accordance with the system after transport, so that each element is returned to its intended place.
It goes without saying that all our employees receive ongoing training on data protection from our data protection supervisor and are made aware of how to handle sensitive data material.
